DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

GLASS water storage tank<\/strong>\u00a0made of cold rolled steel, thickness 3.0mm, with internal double enamel coating, baked at 860 \u00b0 C according to DIN 4753. Enameling is carried out in privately owned high-tech industrial facilities. The boilers are checked one by one as they exit the enameling unit, ensuring the excellent quality of the enamel.<\/p>\n

Perimeter heat exchanger (mantle)<\/strong>\u00a0made of cold rolled steel, thickness 1.8mm, for the operation of the closed circuit, which is imposed in areas where low temperatures occur as well as in areas with high concentrations of salts in the water supply network.<\/p>\n

Thermal insulation<\/strong>\u00a0from expanded ecological high density polyurethane (> 50kg \/ m3) that minimizes heat loss, maintaining the temperature of hot water.<\/p>\n

Outer casing<\/strong>\u00a0from pre-painted sheet metal.<\/p>\n

Cathodic protection<\/strong>\u00a0with two magnesium anodes for more effective internal protection against corrosion and scale deposition caused by electrolysis reactions.<\/p>\n

Large round flange (5 hole)<\/strong>\u00a0Smart and innovative design for easy descaling, quick anode replacement and instant access to electrical parts.<\/p>\n

Full body rubber<\/strong>\u00a0sealing from silicone, non-toxic material, which does not allow water to come into contact with the flange, protecting it from electrolysis and corrosion.<\/p>\n

Electrical power resistance 4kW.<\/strong>\u00a0All electrical parts are CE marked according to EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-21.<\/p>\n

Automatic, adjustable thermostat<\/strong>\u00a0bipolar protection with backup security. All electrical parts are CE marked according to EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-21.<\/p>\n

Protective cap<\/strong>\u00a0designed to ensure proper ventilation of the electrical unit and its protection from the weather.<\/p>\n

With seal<\/strong>\u00a0for the tight passage of the electrical resistance connection cable<\/p>\n

Heater exchanger<\/strong>\u00a0(optional) with 3\/4 \u2033 BSP male thread connection nozzles for use of the heat provided by the central heating systems during the winter.<\/p>\n

Strong thermal ecological insulation<\/strong>\u00a0pre-compressed rock wool, 50mm thick (back) and 20mm (side) coated with black fiberglass, to minimize heat loss. Thermal conductivity of stone wool insulation: \u03bb = 0.032 W \/ mK (DIN 56612, measurement at 0 \u00b0 C).<\/p>\n

The return and supply pipes (headers)<\/strong>\u00a0are perforated with an outward expansion, for the perfect fit of the manifolds and to avoid the pressure drop in the manifolds.<\/p>\n

Distance between pipes (tube pitch) = 107mm (EN 1652).<\/p>\n

Single surface absorber<\/strong>\u00a0covering the entire surface of the window as well as the supply and return pipes, increasing the absorbent capacity of the collector. The welding is performed with state-of-the-art robotic equipment technology\u00a0laser.<\/strong><\/p>\n
